Evans Consulting Publications features original research in business, management, marketing, entrepreneurship, economics, social sciences, education, and development studies. We publish full papers, working papers, and preprints. We don’t run formal peer review here. We offer a public home for serious work, with a citation-ready page for every piece we host.
Who can submit. Students, researchers, and practitioners working in the fields above. If your paper sits outside these areas, reach out first and we’ll tell you whether it fits.
What to send. A PDF of the paper, the title, every author’s name and affiliation, an abstract of 150 to 300 words, and the journal name and DOI if the paper has one. No journal yet? Submit it as a working paper or preprint instead.
What happens next. Every submission goes into a queue for review. Nothing publishes automatically. We check that the PDF opens, the metadata matches the paper, and the work isn’t copied from someone else. Expect a decision within two weeks, by email, either way.
On status labels. “Externally Published” means the paper appeared in a specific journal or conference, and we checked the journal name and DOI you gave us before using that label. It confirms where the work was published, not an independent audit of that journal’s own peer-review process. Everything else goes up as a Working Paper or Preprint. You don’t choose your own label — we assign it based on what you send us.
Before you submit. You’ll confirm you hold the rights to this work, or have permission from every co-author to post it here. Read the Contributor Agreement below first.
